My name is Layne Sturek, and I am currently a senior at Wayne State College majoring in business marketing and management. Real estate is always something I have been interested in because no matter who you are, purchasing property is always a very special thing. My goal is to help my clients in every step of the purchasing/selling process and make sure their wants and needs are met at every turn. I hope to build connections that last a lifetime and make a positive impact on the community of Norfolk and northeast Nebraska. I know purchasing your first home can be daunting, and I would love to help first-time home buyers through that process. I believe I’ll be able to relate to younger clients, being only 22 myself! I am excited to call Norfolk home, and I look forward to serving such a great, growing community!
I grew up in and graduated high school in Pender, NE. Through the Growing Together program at WSC, I have been able to live and learn in Norfolk this year and will graduate with two bachelor’s degrees in May. I am grateful to have accepted my internship position at Coldwell Banker Dover Realtors, where, for the last 9 months, I have been marketing, helping in the rental department, learning the construction side of real estate, and lots in between! Over the course of my internship, I knew I wanted to take the next step in getting my real estate license, and now that I am a licensed agent, I am super excited for the future here at Coldwell Banker Dover Realtors.
